Can you find me between the towering Poplar trees? I’m your certified Forest Bathing guide, nature educator, writer, and lover of the outdoors.

As a queer, lesbian, second-generation immigrant, I’ve called Durham home since the 1990s. I celebrate the richness of diverse languages and cultures.

My mindfulness journey began decades ago with yoga and meditation, and I continue to deepen my practice.

I believe we belong to nature and each other—a connection that is ancient and profound. Let me guide you to beautiful forests, meadows, and rivers.

I’ll keep time, so you can be timeless. The trees might whisper and the dance of sunlight may linger in your heart.

With forest beauty,
